It is finished!!
This is my completed work blog! 28 DAYS ANXIETY HELP! And it only took me 55 days to complete. I challenged myself on January 8th, 2013 to begin a blog dedicated to helping folks better cope with anxiety. It has taken me well over 28 days and I don't feel bad about it! I feel happy, and helpful, and accomplished! You saw my procrastination, you saw my perfectionism, you saw me work through my own anxiety and fear to present these tools to you!
